Abacus Peripherals, has announced the launch of the ASRock AM2NF6G VSTA Motherboard in India which supports wide range of latest AMD processors including Socket AM2 for AMD Athlon 64FX / 64X2 / 64 and Sempron Processors
ASRock AM2NF6G VSTA motherboard is AMD socket AM2 compliant and is based on the NVIDIA NF6100-405 chipset, a single chip capable of running at FSB 1000 MHz (2.0 GT/s).
ASRock AM2NF6G VSTA motherboard is equipped with Dual Channel DDRII memory technology and comes with 4 DDRII DIMM slots which supports DDRII 800/667/533 MHz speed with maximum RAM capacity of 8-GB. Due to the operating system limitation, the actual memory size may be less than 4GB for the reservation for system usage under Windows XP and Windows Vista. For Windows XP 64-bit and Windows Vista 64-bit with 64-bit AMD CPU, there is no such limitation.
