HP has announced Compaq Presario SG3440IL Desktop PC which is powered by 2.0 GHz Intel Pentium Dual-Core Processor E2180 and it features 250 GB SATA hard drive, 17-inch Color CRT monitor, and a 16X DVD Writer.The new Compaq Presario SG3440IL desktop PC is powered by 2.0 GHz Intel Pentium Dual-Core Processor E2180 with Enhanced Speedstep Technology and Intel Extended Memory 64 Technology EM64T technology and the desktop PC features Intel 945GC chipset with Socket 775 motherboard with 1MB L2 cache and 800 MHz FSB.
With FreeDOS preinstalled, Compaq Presario SG3440IL desktop PC comes with 1-GB PC2-6400 DDR2 (800 MHz) RAM which is expandable to max 4-GB, a 250-GB 7200 rpm (300 MB/Sec speed) SATA Hard drive and a 16X DVD Super Multi Drive Dual Layer (8.5 GB) DVD Writer with LightScribe Technology.
